- Your satisfaction is our priority. If you should need to return an item, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery to the address that you have specified.  

- Our goat milk soaps are handmade and unique. As such, the appearance, color, or design of the soap you receive may vary slightly from the images shown on our website. These variations are a natural result of the artisanal process and do not affect the quality or functionality of the product. Refunds will not be granted based on design concerns.

- The item must remain in its original condition, undamaged and showing no signs of use. Please request your return within - Refunds will be issued once the product has been received and inspected.

- Return shipping fee will be paid for by the customer. This may be altered on a case by case basis or if the return is related to an error of our own.
